The Sustainable Fiber Solutions manufacturing facility is designed to provide outstanding service for our customers. Conveniently located just north of Memphis, TN, the plant can meet all the needs of our customers on a national and global level. Our 148,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility has the following notable features which result in order to delivery lead times that are 1/3 to 1/2 of those for the poly products they are designed to replace.

Logistics

■ Indoor rail spur that can accommodate 7 rail cars for unloading or loading paper
■ Exterior rail spur for quick and easy unloading of raw materials directly into large volume storage tanks
■ 7 loading docks for efficient and timely delivery of orders

Production / Coating

■ Computer controlled coating kitchen allowing a wide range of formulations
■ On-site laboratory for application-specific barrier coating testing and development
■ HACCP plan with a GMP audit score over 90% to ensure products are safe for food contact applications

Enterprise System

■ Automatic management of logistics, distribution, inventory, procurement, and more
■ Tracking of inventory from when it enters our facility to when it leaves, allowing for 100% traceability throughout the entire process
■ Incoming and outgoing EDI capabilities
